What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Do you make custom Pierced Up Sunnies?
At the moment we are not taking custom orders. However, if you’ve seen a style you like, you can DM us on TikTok or Instagram (@piercedupsunnies) and we can remake styles for the next drop! You can also let us know if you like a certain style but would like a different color frame/jewelry.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Why is each pair of sunnies priced differently?
Each pair is carefully pierced by hand, and no two stacks are the same. Because of this, the price varies depending on the type of sunglasses, how much piercing jewelry was used, which types of jewelry, and the material (gold or silver).
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
